Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to support financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly billing operations including claims reconciliation and revenue validation
• Contribute to the revenue cycle process, including claims submission and payment posting
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, participating in onboarding calls and responding to billing questions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with exposure to revenue cycle operations preferred
• Prior experience using NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting systems preferred
• Advanced Excel/Google Suite skills
• Understanding of general healthcare reimbursement principles
