Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review General Ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
• Perform monthly reconciliations and analyze variances
• Prepare and file various taxes, including Sales/Use and Gross Receipt taxes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Lawson, NetSuite, PeachTree)
• Ability to accommodate flexible schedules and minimal travel
