Job Summary

Maintaining general ledger accounts, the full-time Accountant will analyze financial statements, prepare management reports, and assist in budget preparation while working onsite in Warrenville, IL.

Key responsibilities:
  • Analyze accounts and financial documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare monthly financial information and assist in annual budget preparation
  • Investigate and resolve accounting problems related to accounts receivable and payable
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • Ability to recognize anomalies and respond appropriately to critical situations
  • Experience with specialized accounting software is preferred
