Job Summary
Maintaining general ledger accounts, the full-time Accountant will analyze financial statements, prepare management reports, and assist in budget preparation while working onsite in Warrenville, IL.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze accounts and financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare monthly financial information and assist in annual budget preparation
- Investigate and resolve accounting problems related to accounts receivable and payable
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Ability to recognize anomalies and respond appropriately to critical situations
- Experience with specialized accounting software is preferred
