Accountant

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Accountant will manage accounting operations and financial planning activities using PROCAS, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while analyzing financial trends and operational metrics
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-4 years of PROCAS accounting experience with financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
