Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Accountant will manage full-cycle accounts payable processing, support month-end close activities, and maintain accurate financial records while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor bill entry, approvals, payments, and payment forecasting for accounts payable
• Prepare month-end journal entries and assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records and timely resolution of inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
• Experience with Ramp as an AP system and NetSuite for accounting
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with system migrations, implementations, and change management
