Accountant

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day accounting operations, the full-time remote Accountant will handle full sets of accounts, prepare financial statements, and conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventories, and Fixed Assets management
• Prepare monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statements, and investor reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification preferred
• 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software and financial tools, such as Netsuite and Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
