Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting the Incentives, Benefits & Reconciliation Accounting department, the full-time remote Accountant will manage financial records, perform account reconciliations, and analyze data to identify trends and variances.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards
• Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use
• Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience (4 years in a related field)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets
• Experience with accounting or financial processes is a plus
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools is advantageous
