Accountant
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the remote Accountant will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare bank reconciliations, and analyze various GL accounts while ensuring compliance with SOX guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Review and process invoices, following up on approvals
- Analyze and reconcile various GL accounts and prepare month-end workpapers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting
- Experience with Sage 300 Construction Software
- Experience in the Construction industry
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
