Accountant
Job Summary
Working remotely within Central and Eastern time zones, the full-time Accountant will maintain general ledger accounts, prepare financial statements, and support the revenue/cash team in analyzing and reporting revenue and accounts receivable activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger accounts and produce financial statements and reports
- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts in preparation for month-end close
- Prepare documentation for external and internal audits and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 1+ years of professional accounting experience
- Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statements
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must reside within Central or Eastern Time Zones
