Accountant Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor and customer invoices, and prepare payrolls
• Provide accounting support including month-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Facilitate client communication and build strong client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, highly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting
• Must be a US Citizen
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience in a GovCon accounting environment and familiarity with FAR & DCAA compliance preferred
