Accountant II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant II to manage financial transactions and reporting in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and journal entries
• Update and maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Train and mentor team members while recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software, preferably Sage/Intacct
• Experience with lease accounting and compliance with ASC 842
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
