Accountant II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant II to apply accounting principles and perform various accounting assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems including journal entries and general ledger
• Prepare financial statements and monitor monthly reports of revenues and expenditures
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist in the setup of processes for revenue tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with financial reporting requirements and regulations
• Ability to prepare complex reconciliations and documentation
• Experience in developing procedural documentation and training others
