Accountant II

Job Summary

To support a growing accounting team, the full-time remote Accountant II will manage the close process, execute account reconciliations, and collaborate on internal controls to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the core accounting group to ensure an accurate and timely close process
• Execute controls, including account reconciliations, and support inquiries from third-party auditors
• Communicate risks and updates on progress to accounting management and collaborate on process improvement projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA preferred but not required
• Two to four years of related experience, including financial reporting
• Level-appropriate understanding of US GAAP
• Experience with SOX compliance preferred
• Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to change in a dynamic environment
