Accountant III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, accounting, and economic analyses, including journal entry preparation and reporting
• Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Support internal and external audits and compile ad hoc accounting analyses for business partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience with increased responsibility
• Experience in multiple property/entity accounting and fixed asset management
• Working knowledge of accounting and regulatory rules
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel
