Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with policies and IRS regulations
• Prepare reconciliations and financial reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance program efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Two years of experience in financial services, philanthropic industry, or trust administration preferred
• Experience with fund accounting or multiple financial systems is preferred
• Additional degrees or certifications in accounting, business administration, or finance are a plus
• Preference for candidates with investment or non-profit accounting experience
