Accountant, Payments Revenue

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Accountant, Payments Revenue will prepare billing for ancillary services, perform reconciliations of payments activity, and assist with month-end close tasks while ensuring adherence to billing schedules and resolving discrepancies.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate, review, and send invoices accurately and on time
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and resolve reconciling items promptly
• Execute month-end close tasks, including preparing journal entries and assisting with audits

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of proven experience in corporate accounting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• NetSuite experience preferred
