Accountant with Dynamics 365

Job Summary

Supporting key accounting operations in a fully remote environment, the Accountant with Dynamics 365 will manage month-end close activities, prepare journal entries, and maintain accurate financial records for a multi-national software business.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly close activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation
• Process accounts payable transactions and assist with accounts receivable activities including invoicing and cash application

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of month-end close processes and core accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel, including lookups and reconciliations
