Job Summary

Managing assigned client relationships, the fully remote Accounting Account Manager will oversee accounting functions, deliver accurate financial reporting, and ensure contractual obligations are met while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions for assigned agency clients
• Deliver accurate month-end reporting, analysis, and General Ledger reviews
• Provide proactive client communication and manage expectations

Required qualifications

• Insurance accounting experience
• Strong organizational and client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency systems
• Reliable high-speed internet with a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
