Accounting Advisory Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Advisory Manager to support fast-growing tech startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of VC-backed startups, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to startup founders, providing strategic insights and scalable accounting solutions
• Mentor and manage a team of Senior Accountants, fostering collaboration and maintaining high-quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience; Big 4 background and CPA/CMA certification are a plus
• 4+ years of experience in corporate or general accounting, consulting, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in GAAP and accrual accounting principles
• Experience with core accounting platforms like QBO and Xero; familiarity with tools like BILL and Gusto is preferred
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
