Accounting AI Transformation Manager

Job Summary

To drive AI transformation in finance and operations, the remote Accounting AI Transformation Manager will design, build, and scale AI-native workflows while training the team on their use, focusing on automation opportunities in accounting processes and kiosk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert on applied AI for finance, accounting, and operations, leading the rollout of Claude Essentials
• Identify and implement high-value automation opportunities across various accounting and operational workflows
• Act as an internal consultant to finance and operations teams, tracking adoption and reporting on time savings and ROI from deployed workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in data/analytics, automation, or finance-technology roles with hands-on delivery experience
• Demonstrated expertise with LLM/generative-AI tools, including prompt engineering and workflow design
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, Oracle, or comparable enterprise data platforms
• Working knowledge of accounting and finance processes such as close, reporting, and forecasting
• Proven ability to teach and up-skill non-technical business users
