Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting & Billing Analyst to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing processes for B2C and B2B clients using Chargebee and Stripe
• Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
• Conduct collections activities and follow up on outstanding balances

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4-5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment
• Deep expertise in Chargebee, Stripe, and Salesforce, including system integration
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
