Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform A/R and A/P accounting functions, including entering invoices and processing payments
• Manage accounts receivable collections and book monthly/annual journal entries
• Assist with maintaining payroll records and completing general ledger account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Two or four-year college degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a similar or related position
• Relevant AR & AP experience, preferably in the tech or e-retail industry
• Knowledge of accounting software, with NetSuite experience being a plus
• Professional accreditation in accounting is a plus
