Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst to support daily financial and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices, maintain vendor records, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst role
• Hands-on experience using Unanet for invoicing and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant
