Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and post journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain financial records for payments/receipts and expenses
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and sales/expenses accounts reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3-4 years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience in outsourced or client accounting service
• Proficiency in Quickbooks, NetSuite, Advanced Excel, and Google Workspace
• Experience in supporting accounting tool migrations is a plus
