Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

Performing end-to-end accounting processes for multiple clients, the full-time Accounting Analyst will maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare month-end financial statements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accounting process for various clients, ensuring books are up to date using software like QBO and Dext
• Reconcile bank and accounting ledgers and process A/P invoices through systems such as Bill.com and Routable
• Prepare, analyze, and review month-end financial statements and support accounting-related projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience is required; experience in Xero is a plus
• 2+ years of end-to-end accounting experience
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience managing multiple clients' books is required
• Familiarity with cloud accounting tools like Dext, Expensify, and Hubdoc is advantageous
