Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Accounting Analyst will analyze, prepare, and process accounting transactions, support financial statement preparation, and serve as a liaison between internal finance teams and external auditors.

Key responsibilities:

• Record journal entries, perform monthly reconciliations, and support month-end close for accurate financial reporting
• Compile, analyze, and communicate financial results for management and regulatory reporting while maintaining effective reporting controls
• Coordinate annual audits by managing auditor requests and gathering required documentation, acting as the primary liaison between auditors and finance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience in financial results preparation and analysis, or equivalent education/experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, or MBA)
