Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

To support the subscription-to-cash lifecycle, the full-time Accounting Analyst will deliver accurate analysis of subscriber activity, optimize processes through automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and system integration in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assists in developing standardized analytical tools, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting
• Identifies opportunities for productivity improvements through automation and process optimization
• Analyzes variances in the subscription-to-cash lifecycle and provides root-cause explanations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of analytical experience, preferably in circulation, subscription, or revenue analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Experience in a consolidated financial environment preferred
