Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Accounting Analyst II will oversee and ensure accuracy in maintaining, preparing, and analyzing financial data and transactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying and recording procurement and accounts payable data
• Prepare month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and assist with the financial reporting cycle
• Serve as a primary point of contact for accounting inquiries and conduct training on financial policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience with the financial closing process and account reconciliation
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and ability to interpret accounting regulations
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States
