Accounting and Operations Lead

A company is looking for an Accounting & Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership with accounting, bookkeeping, financial management, and reporting
• Manage e-commerce operations, including demand planning, inventory control, and logistics
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across finance and operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, financial operations, or accounting
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with account reconciliation and financial reporting
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
