A company is looking for an Accounting & Payroll Operations Specialist to manage financial operations for a multi-entity organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily transaction coding and reconciliation in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities
  • Run payroll across multiple entities and maintain compliance documentation
  • Document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures across accounting and payroll functions
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of accounting and/or payroll experience
  • Experience supporting 3-5+ entities
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ownership mindset and high attention to detail
