Accounting and Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting and Reporting Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for multiple related entities and handle month- and year-end closings
• Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and assist with audits while supervising the accounting team
• Improve internal processes, manage ERP systems, and provide insights through financial analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA or CMA certification (preferred)
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-state operations
• Strong supervisory background and ERP system knowledge
