Accounting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer accounts and organize open invoices
• Contact customers to collect past due balances and assist with billing inquiries
• Utilize software applications to manage customer account information and prepare aging reports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B collections experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is preferred
• Accounting degree is preferred
