Accounting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Associate (Recent Graduate).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Compile and analyze financial data for reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Assist employees in understanding accounting policies and contribute to team objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
• 1-3 years of relevant corporate accounting experience
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles and ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team
• Knowledge of Federal Government cost accounting principles is a plus
