Accounting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial information to clients
• Perform full-cycle cash and accrual basis accounting, including A/R, A/P, payroll, and monthly close
• Utilize cloud-based technologies for accounting processes and assist with client onboarding and account cleanup

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the US
• Minimum of an Associate degree in Accounting or Business
• At least 3 years of progressive General Ledger accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel is required, with advanced skills being a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is mandatory
