Accounting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Associate, Research (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and compile accounting transactions and documents for accuracy and compliance
• Generate and manage financial reports, process cost transfers, and perform clinical trial analysis
• Facilitate purchase orders, travel reimbursements, and maintain compliance with university policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience
• Accounting/Finance experience in an academic setting
• Familiarity with GAAP, NIH, and/or foundation grants
• Experience with Oracle, Smartsheet, Excel, and other databases
• Willingness to learn new skills and engage in on-the-job training
