Accounting Associate

Job Summary

Owning the full order to cash process, the remote Accounting Associate will manage invoicing, collections, and cash application for a global SaaS company while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely revenue recognition.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end invoicing across multiple currency subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy against approved Sales Orders and contracts
• Coordinate client collections and manage the sales tax process, including documentation and reconciliation
• Respond to client inquiries related to invoicing and payments, maintaining detailed records and leading collections calls

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a SaaS company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system is a plus
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
