Accounting Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Accounting Associate, this contract role will support day-to-day accounts payable operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure efficient payables processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review, triage, and respond to incoming accounts payable correspondence in a timely manner
• Maintain complete and accurate records for all accounts payable transactions and invoices
• Execute standard accounts payable workflows independently while adhering to internal controls

Required qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data and documentation
• Experience working with financial systems, such as NetSuite
• Understanding of general accounting principles
