Accounting Associate (CPA Preferred)

Job Summary

Fluent in Turkish and English, the full-time Accounting Associate (CPA Preferred) will prepare and review financial reports and tax returns, support client onboarding, and manage bookkeeping tasks in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and engage in client acquisition and retention initiatives
• Prepare and file Corporate and Individual Income Tax Returns, as well as maintain financial records and reports
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely communication and delivery of accounting services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area; Master's degree is a plus
• CPA qualification or on a CPA track is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Fluency in Turkish and English
• Proficient in accounting software with at least 2 years of experience
