Accounting Automation Methodologist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Accounting Automation Methodologist, this remote project-based position will develop, implement, and support methodologies for accounting processes and automation within ERP systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects related to the implementation or support of accounting/ERP systems
• Analyze current processes and adjust or develop new methodologies
• Draft logic and methodology for reflecting new products and processes in accounting systems

Required qualifications

• Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in methodology, consulting, or audit
• Experience at the intersection of methodology, analytics, and IT systems is preferred
• Practical experience in preparing IFRS financial statements is desirable
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to describe them for accounting and automation purposes
