Accounting Client Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Client Lead to guide the financial strategy for a portfolio of high-growth startup clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing strategic advice on accounting and financial activities
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring quality and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee all accounting functions, including the monthly close process and financial statement preparation

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is required; CPA or MBA is highly preferred
• Significant expertise in Web3 (Crypto) accounting and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounting is advantageous
• Experience with core GL platforms like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of professionalism and motivation
