Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

To support client financial needs, the full-time remote Accounting Consultant will develop and maintain accounting principles, manage monthly recurring services, and prepare financial reports while ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly recurring accounting services and prepare financial statements
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage payroll through various providers
• Complete full-cycle accounting activities, including month-end close and journal entries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience with accounting software and payroll systems such as ADP or Gusto
• Proficiency in financial reporting and account reconciliations
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively
