Accounting Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Contractor who can contribute across core accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute key components of the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support revenue recognition in accordance with ASC606 and prepare revenue schedules
• Assist with multi-entity consolidations and generate financial statements in Sage Intacct

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of accounting experience, with a strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct and deep GL accounting experience
• Experience in SaaS or usage-based revenue models and familiarity with revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Experience with consolidations and multi-entity environments
• Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments
