Accounting Contractor

Job Summary

Supporting a range of finance and accounting functions, the part-time Accounting Contractor will manage accounts receivable and collections, assist with accounts payable and month-end processes, and contribute to audit preparation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Help with accounts receivable and collections, including dunning process management
• Support accounts payable and credit card reconciliation, as well as month-end financial reporting and analysis
• Run month-end commissions processing and assist with audit preparation and ad hoc tasks

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in accounting, including AR, AP, commissions, and FP&A
• Experience with Xero, Rillet, or similar accounting platforms
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
• Demonstrated collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
• Proven track record of managing workstreams independently and reliably
