Accounting Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Controller / Sr. Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Manage financial reporting, including preparation of consolidated financial statements and coordination of audits
• Own the accounting tech stack and design scalable processes to support growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and experience with multi-entity consolidations
• Proficiency with modern accounting software and ERP systems
• Background in venture-backed or high-growth technology environments
