Job Summary
A company is looking for a Premium Accounting Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate premium invoices and process payments while ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines
- Maintain and reconcile premium payment records, addressing discrepancies and supporting audits
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and policy issuance, while identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in premium accounting or accounting in the Insurance Industry preferred
- Experience with financial transactions and premium-related documentation
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
