Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Accounting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate accurate premium invoices and process payments while ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines
  • Maintain and reconcile premium payment records, addressing discrepancies and supporting audits
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and policy issuance, while identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in premium accounting or accounting in the Insurance Industry preferred
  • Experience with financial transactions and premium-related documentation
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to handle inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
