Job Summary

To support financial operations remotely, the full-time Accounting Coordinator will manage financial transactions, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and assist with invoicing and collections while ensuring high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Document and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Issue invoices and statements to customers, and assist with client collections as needed
  • Maintain accounting records and respond to client inquiries regarding payments and contracts
Required qualifications
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in an accounting or clerical role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong technology skills suitable for a remote work environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices
