Job Summary
To support corporate operations, the full-time Accounting Coordinator will manage accounts payable and receivable, process financial transactions, and assist with project finance tasks in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process and maintain financial transactions, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate project site payments and respond to inquiries from project teams and external vendors
- Assist with account reconciliations and provide training on financial systems to internal users
Required qualifications
- Minimum of a one-to-two-year post-secondary certification in a relevant field or one to three years of related work experience
- Accounting specialty preferred
- Demonstrated self-motivation and strong communication skills
- Ability to engage in continuous learning and foster teamwork
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving positive results
