Job Summary
To support accounting operations, the full-time remote Accounting Coordinator II will manage supplier setup and management, perform account reconciliations, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial information
- Research, track, and resolve documentation problems and discrepancies
- Maintain regular contact with other departments to convey information and correct transactions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to perform general office duties, including filing and routine correspondence
- Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for account reconciliations and report preparation
