Job Summary

Working remotely in the United States, the full-time hourly Accounting Customer Support Specialist will serve as the initial contact for client support requests, provide advanced support for accounting and payment solutions, and manage client interactions to ensure timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client support via various communication channels, ensuring effective issue resolution
  • Provide advanced technical support for Clubessential products, including troubleshooting payment processing and accounting workflows
  • Document client interactions in CRM systems and proactively monitor client utilization to improve retention and satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Strong technical proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
