Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Director to oversee its accounting operations in a multi-dimensional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Oversee the preparation and compliance of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep mastery of GAAP and experience in multi-entity reporting
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Acumatica
• Proficiency in leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance financial operations
